Ryan Liu is a Pasadena City College (PCC) graduate, attorney, and nationally recognized advocate for accessible higher education who serves on the PCC Board of Trustees. Ryan’s extensive work and expertise in higher education led him to be elected to the governing school board for PCC to represent the communities of Rosemead, San Gabriel, El Monte, Temple City, and Arcadia. As a Trustee, Ryan works to ensure that all students can access the opportunities that he had to build a brighter future for themselves and their loved ones.
